About Assisted Care
Founded by a team with over 15 years of hands-on experience delivering high-quality supported accommodation and tailored support.
Who we are
Assisted Care was founded by a team with over 15 years of hands-on experience delivering high-quality supported accommodation and tailored support. We provide supported accommodation for adults aged 18 to 65 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and have identified support needs that our service can meet, working alongside registered providers, local authorities and support agencies.
Our approach is straightforward: providing stable accommodation in a home that builds independence, alongside consistent, personalised support. Each resident is allocated a dedicated Support Coordinator who works with them to develop an individual support plan tailored to their needs and goals. We offer regular support sessions and flexible support throughout the week, helping individuals build confidence, develop life skills, and make sustainable progress. Our focus is on empowering people to achieve greater independence, with a positive move on planned around their personal goals, readiness, and the right accommodation opportunities.

Accommodation and support, together
Our service is designed for adults with low to medium support needs. Every home comes with support built in, shaped around the person living there. As part of their licence agreement, residents agree to engage with their dedicated coordinator, take part in regular support sessions, and work towards the goals in their support plan.
All houses are dry houses. Residents must be abstinent from alcohol and non-prescribed drugs for at least 6 months, and where there is an offending history, referrals are accepted from 6 months after release.
