What We Do
Homes that support. People who thrive.
Assisted Care provides supported accommodation for adults aged 18 to 65 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and have identified support needs our service can meet: mental health, substance recovery, physical or learning disability, or resettlement after offending.
Homes that feel right
Comfortable, fully furnished homes designed for independence and wellbeing, with support built in from the day you move in.
Tailored support
A dedicated coordinator from day one, with personalised support and regular check-ins tailored to your goals, routines and what matters to you.
Support for your goals
We work with you to build independence, confidence and life skills, so you can achieve your goals, maintain your tenancy, and move forward when you're ready.
Our Housing
All of our homes are fully furnished. Every resident has their own private room, alongside shared kitchens and living spaces where people cook, eat and spend time together. All houses are dry houses, and residents must be abstinent from alcohol and non-prescribed drugs for at least 6 months.

What makes the difference
- 1A dedicated coordinator from the first day, not just when things go wrong.
- 2Personalised support built around each person's goals and what matters to them.
- 3Regular check-ins, with on-site support available whenever it's needed.
- 4Support to build independence, confidence and life skills that last.
